Online Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience every time you shop with us.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your articles within five (5) days of purchase.

No cash refunds are offered.

You can request an exchange by emailing us at info@zanosh.com.pk along with your order details. Product(s) can also be exchanged at ZANOSH retail outlets within five (5) days from the purchase date. Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered, with the price label attached and the purchase receipt available.

Products bought during sales or promotional offers cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Due to variations in screen displays and lighting used during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what appears on the screen. For this reason, products cannot be exchanged. However, exchange or refund will only be processed if the product received has a manufacturing defect.

We follow a No Refund Policy. Refunds may only be allowed in special situations where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.

If a product purchased at the full price later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the discounted price.

Currently, international online orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that for credit card payments, refunds will be issued only after the defective product has been returned and processed. Refund processing may take up to 15 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

Beauty and fragrance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. The customer will be informed through email.

Order inquiries will only be entertained within 15 working days after the order has been placed.

Claims or complaints regarding an order will not be accepted after five (5) days of delivery.

We ensure that no incomplete order is dispatched. If any item in your order becomes out of stock, the available items will be shipped to you. The shipped items will be listed on the Airway Bill, which you can verify upon delivery. Out-of-stock items will not be included in the shipment. However, if any issue occurs, you may contact our Customer Care, and we will resolve the matter at the earliest without any additional charges.

Partial refunds for orders placed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi, IBFT, etc. for the following reasons will only be issued in the form of vouchers, which can be redeemed on our website:

  1. Stock unavailability
  2. Split order canceled by the customer (for orders shipped in multiple packages)
  3. For returns on split orders paid through a wallet account, refunds will be issued only as a voucher for future purchases. No cash refunds or wallet balance adjustments will be made.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased and wish to replace it, you may send the item back to our E-commerce store by contacting us via email at info@zanosh.com.pk within five (5) days of the delivery date.

You can claim the return or exchange policy if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product(s) are unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

HOW TO APPLY FOR RETURN?

• To return an item, please email us at info@zanosh.com.pk with the reason for return and order details.
• Please note that return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
• Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be asked to send the parcel back to us.

WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for the return to be processed.
