By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. The company reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on the website are accurate. However, due to differences in screen displays, lighting during photoshoots, and device settings, the actual color or texture of the product may slightly vary from what appears on your screen.
Orders & Availability
All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. Customers will be notified via email if an order is canceled.
If any item in your order becomes out of stock, we may ship the available items. The shipped items will be listed on the Airway Bill, which can be verified upon delivery.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. If a product purchased at full price later goes on sale, any exchange will be processed at the current marked-down price.
Payments
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, online wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi), IBFT, and other available payment methods listed on our website.
For refunds related to wallet payments or IBFT due to stock issues or order cancellations, refunds will be issued only in the form of website vouchers.
Return & Exchange
Customers may request an exchange within five (5) days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and returned with the original label and purchase receipt.
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be exchanged or returned.
Beauty and fragrance products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds are generally not offered, except in special cases such as manufacturing defects or stock unavailability.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, stained, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly
Refund Processing
For approved refund cases involving credit card payments, refunds will be processed after the defective item has been returned and inspected. The refund process may take up to 15 working days after the returned product is received.
International Orders
At this time, international online orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Order Inquiries & Complaints
Order-related inquiries will only be entertained within 15 working days of placing the order.
Claims or complaints regarding delivered orders must be made within five (5) days of delivery
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Severability and Waiver
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can’t be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Karachi, Sindh. By using this website, you irrevocably waive any objection to the venue of any legal process on the basis that the forum is inconvenient.
